Al Sayed perfumes is a family business and have been serving the UK community at events since 2013 before launching its services online globally to allow people to access from any corner off the world.
The Al-Sayed.co.uk website was launched in the autumn of 2015 to cater for our global customers who couldn’t reach us via these events and it has been delightfully successful. It has been a pleasurable experience in serving our customers.
All these natural perfumes are highly concentrated through the process they are made from hence come in small quantities which will last the user several weeks or even months.
We are carrying the same tradition of the predecessors of offering the attar in small crystal cut like bottles.
The attar that we sell are distils off flowers, herbs, spices and other natural materials including sandalwood, liquid paraffin. The oils extracted are commonly through these botanical oils which go through a process of hydro or steam distillation.
Our aim is to get you your favourite smells in the best quality so you can use them yourself or simply make it an amazing gift idea for someone else to use. We take the tradition a few steps forward in offering our smells not only in perfume liquid form, we also offer such products as soaps, air fresheners, burning coils and many other products.
Safety & Application of Attar
Attar is normally the purest form of perfume. In fragrances alcohol is used in high quantities, however Attar is based with ingredient’s that contain natural contents to allow the fragrance to last longer periods of time. Body heat only intensifies its smell.
On the other hand Alcohol which is the most common solvent for perfumes causes the fragrances to evaporate 10-15 times faster than actual pure perfume would. In result causes first impressions of the perfume to be overwhelming to the human senses. However within ticking time loses its strength and evaporates.
Alcohol based perfumes are weaker, Henceforth force the consumers to use larger quantities in order to make the fragrance long lasting.
The main difference between synthetic perfumes and attar is that oil- based attar is worn straight onto your body. It can be used on the inside of your wrists, ears, below elbow joints, back of the neck and few other safe parts off your anatomy.
A small drop of attar is enough to fragrance your body. There are many other ways attar can be used to create fragrance smells on the house. For instance you can add a few drops to water and can be used with aromatic vapor lamps.
Storage & Shelf life
Attar upon storage has a permanent shelf life and some attar even become stronger and smells better with time. The older they are the more aromatic they become.
